Yoga Props


What to wear and bring to class

  • Bring yourself with an empty tummy and an open mind.  Wear a smile and your bare feet.  Tee shirts, sweatshirts, biking shorts and tights/leggings are great. 

  • Leave gum, perfume, cell phones and worries at home.  Bring your yoga mat.  We have everything else you need.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to clear your mind. Sit or lie quietly or do some stretches.

  • Keep the teacher informed of any health issues, injuries or doctor’s orders.
